1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or not as described.
  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all original accessories.

Note: Clearance or sale items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or washed products
  • Items without original packaging
  • Items missing parts or documentation

3. How to Request a Return

To request a return or exchange, email us at info@ztmhomesense.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include:

  • Your full name and order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Our team will respond with return instructions if your request is approved.

4. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • In other cases, return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

If you received a damaged or incorrect item and prefer an exchange, please mention it in your email. We will do our best to send a replacement promptly.

6. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. If you need to cancel, email us at info@ztmhomesense.com as soon as possible. Once shipped, the standard return process applies.
